Ask a vet on WhatsApp

Questions on WhatsApp are free at Pet Paws Veterinary Clinic in Dammam. Send your question with a photo or video of your pet, and we’ll try to help and tell you whether a visit is needed. Examination, diagnosis and treatment take place at the clinic and are charged.

Don’t hesitate to ask: no question is too small when it’s about your pet.

How it works

  1. Message us on WhatsApp at 054 123 3327 with your pet’s type, age and what’s wrong.
  2. Add a photo or short video if you can; it helps the vet understand the case.
  3. We reply during opening hours with an answer or advice, and tell you if your pet needs an examination.
  4. If a visit is needed, we arrange the time so we’re ready for your pet when you arrive.

What we can help with on WhatsApp

When does your pet need a visit?

An illness can’t be diagnosed, or treatment decided accurately, over messages; that needs the vet to examine your pet at the clinic. In an emergency, call us directly so we can arrange to receive your pet.
