These terms govern the relationship between Company KAFOUF AL-ALIFA Veterinary (One Partner) (“the Clinic”) and its clients when using its services or buying from its store. By using our services you agree to these terms.
1. Appointments
You can book by calling our mobile or landline or by WhatsApp, and walk-ins are welcome subject to vet availability. Emergencies and booked appointments take priority.
2. Estimates and prices
Treatment costs are confirmed after the vet’s examination; any price given beforehand is an estimate. If additional procedures are needed, the owner is told about them and their cost before they are carried out, except in emergencies.
3. Payment and deposits
- We accept Mada, Visa, American Express, Tabby, Tamara and cash.
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- A deposit is required to book any surgery or boarding; the amount is set at booking.
4. Surgery and anaesthesia
No surgery or anaesthesia is performed without the owner’s signed consent, after the vet has explained the procedure and its possible risks. The owner agrees to follow the post-operative care instructions.
5. Boarding
- Pets must be free of contagious disease, and the clinic may ask for proof of vaccination.
- Owners must collect their pet on the agreed date.
- If a pet is not collected within 30 days of the agreed collection date, and after the clinic has tried to reach the owner on their registered number, the clinic may donate the pet to an animal shelter.
6. Grooming
If a pet is too aggressive to be groomed safely, sedation may be required after the vet’s examination and with the owner’s approval.
7. Store policy: exchanges and returns
- Exchange and return requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
- Card payments: refunds take 3 to 5 business days to process.
- Tabby and Tamara: refunds are handled directly through your chosen payment provider.
- For health and safety reasons, sensitive goods cannot be exchanged or returned, including fabric products, toys, sandboxes, belts and medications.
- Prepaid invoices bought during promotional or discount periods are valid for one month from the date of issue.
8. Medical records and privacy
We keep and process medical records and client data in line with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
